Emissions Correct LLP's report on CarMaker

In accordance with the terms of our engagement, we have audited the emissions disclosures of CarMaker Limited (the Company), which comprise the Green House Gas Emissions report. We have not audited the Energy consumption report and the Sustainability costs report.

In our opinion, the emissions report gives a true and fair view of the emissions position of the Company as of 31 December 2020.
